The 44 caliber ball compartment door marked “Colt’s patent” and also colts patents on ribboned at bottom edge. The mechanism and spring removed from spout to “free pour” powder. The condition is good with a couple dents, dings and marks and good even uncleaned patina. Dark almost black on top. Tight seams. A 7 on 1 - 10 grading scale. $1,395
